Biorezonanse therapy (BRT) is based on the idea of the human body as an electrical generating oscillation, which exist as in body, as well as on its surface and extends to the environment. This method is widely used for the treatment of diseases of different systems (cardio - vascular, respiratory, immune system etc.). Experimental studies have shown that mm range electromagnetic radiation accelerates scar formation on 7-14th days of scarring necrotic area of myocardium. It is shown that BRT stimulates the mitoses in regenerative liver and accelerates wound healing in experimental animals, based on this fact it is concluded that BRT promotes cell division and regulates proliferation. The Goal of present work is to determine the effectiveness of bioresonance therapy on regeneration processes of cardiac muscle in condition of acute myocardial infarction. The experiments were carried out on adult white rats. An experimental model of acute myocardial infarction was used. Activity of enzymes - biomarkers for myocardial infarction was evaluated. Hitological examination of scar formation process was performed. For estimation proliferative activity Immunohistochemical staining against ki67 was used. It is established that endogenic bioresonance therapy promotes normalization of marker enzimes (creatin phosphokinase and creatin phosphokinase MB fraction) and development of renovation processes in damaged area at the early stage of acute myocardial infarction. BRT seance accelerates structural changes in the early stage of acute myocardial infarction and stimulates proliferation in scar area. The presence of muscle cells in the area of connective tissue scar indicates the possibility of forming a typical myocardium histoarchitechtonic.
