The most important issue of modern knowledge engineering problematics is discussed in this master’s thesis: The modeling of approved decision making in heuristic methods. This master's thesis presents implementation of OWA based intelligent decision support system. System described is expert system, where one and only source of data is expert knewledge. System uses algorthms of well-known specialists, including R.R.Yager, M.Merijio and others. Master's thesis can be reviewed in two main directions: 1. Learning OWA aggregation operators, creating their algorithmic implementations and defining their interrelation to decision support system. 2. Learning innovative OWA aggregation operators and possibility analysis, related to them. Using possibility analysis as subjective, quantitative analysis in OWA aggregation operators.
