The aim of the present study was to study of enantiomer elution order of Fmoc-amino acid derivatives on novel polysaccharide-based chiral stationary phases with normal eluents. The effect of separation temperature on the enantiomer elution order will was also studied. The reversal of enantiomer elution order was detected based on the chemistry of the stationary phase as well on the nature of the mobile phase
