Annotation:

The aim of the project is digital image processing (image zooming, compression, rotation by angle) using different numerical methods and analysis of results. The work includes general information about digital images. Different zooming , compression and rotate methods are discussed, in particular: nearest neighbor, bilinear and bicubic interpolation and numerical methods for solving Heat equation. Theoretical part is followed by description of corresponding software and obtained results.
