Synthesis of new derivatives of 3-phenylpyridazinoindoles

To educe new biologically active compounds, we have synthesized new derivatives of 4-oxo-3H,5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles p-Cl- p-Br- p-Methyl and p-Phenyl substitutes in the aryl fragment, which is one of the first attempts in this field. Preparation method of synthesis of 3-phenyl-4-oxo-3H,5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles` 4`,8-disubstituted derivatives is developed.
