Projects main objective is to improve the possibilities of already existing one (Meaning sms.tsu.ge). It's one of the main purpose is to add new features in order to make lots of operations automatically. It does not mean that we reject already existed functionality, but we are planning to improve them and made much flexible and scalable. Also projects one of the main objective is to create mobile clients of the new system (Meaning Android and IOS platforms).
