The paper deals with web technologies and database development stages phases and main problems of these stages. The main issues discussed in the current stage of database administration, most of which are beyond the scope of the database research area. One of the main directions of the research presented in this paper Web-oriented databases and issues related to its administration. User support system based on the generalization of these methods and techniques, that will help the non-professional users to access and manage all their web and database administration tools.
