Annotation:

Akhalkalaki plateau (Javakheti plateau) has the special importance regarding geotectonic, seismotectonic and volcanic processes. In dating of volcanism and analyzing of the existed materials at Javakheti territory, the time of revealing of late Cainozoic volcanism of Javakheti plateau is determined. The thesis gives the petrographic, mineralogical characterization of volcanic products, characterization of separate volcanic devices and practical using of the associated eruption products. The thesis refers to examination of the results of microscopic study of stony materials obtained by me within the field-geological expedition.
