ჭიათურის რაიონის გეოლოგია და სასარგებლო წიაღისეული

On the background of general geological overview of Tchiatura region, manganese and Salieti marble occurrences are characterized, the history of research and the conceptions regarding the occurrence’s genesis are compared. The aim of Bachelor’s thesis is to make the general impression regarding tectonics of the region, history of geological development and stratigraphy. The mentioned region becomes more urgent due to Tchiatura manganese, having the international importance.
